Inner Balance shows you your heart rhythm pattern (HRV) and a breathing pacer to go along with your heart rhythms, training you how to change your heart rhythm pattern to a healthier, coherent state. Inner Balance Trainer works exclusively with the one of a kind HeartMath iOS connector that attaches to your iPhone or iPad and your earlobe and feeds your heart rhythms into the app. No technology on the market today tracks at the high level of the HeartMath iOS connector. The HeartCloud for emWave and Inner Balance Trainer Inner Balance Lightning Sensor (Wired Sensor for iPhone/iPad only)The Inner Balance Lightning adaptor is a new product directly compatible with 5th generation iPhones and 4th generation iPads, without the need for a separate 30-pin to lightning adaptor! We have a new product to use with Android. See the next section. Inner Balance Bluetooth Sensor (For iPhone and Android)The Inner Balance Bluetooth is a new product that works with both Android and iOS - iPhone and iPad. You just need to turn the bluetooth on in your device and connect it to the bluetooth connector. The only difference between the two sensors is the way they connect to your device. Both sensor options connect to the same great Inner Balance App Experience. Inner Balance Bluetooth use BT4.0 (BLE- Bluetooth low energy) which works at an output power range of 0.5 milliWatts (mW) or less - this is significantly lower than mobile phones which typically have output levels between 250 mW and 2000 mW. The tiny bluetooth emitter is in the module that attaches to your garment, not in the ear sensor. Inner Balance Bluetooth is compliant with applicable FFC tests. 5 Steps to Inner Balance
